Kaizen were engaged to install three new VRF systems at 187 Thomas Street to service 4 levels within this multi-story building. This work involved installing 29 indoor ducted air conditioning systems. Working under a tight schedule Kaizen installed the outdoor units on the roof using a large crane and had to install new refrigeration pipe work down to the lower levels.

Newcrest Mining Muster House & Change Rooms

Kaizen was commissioned to design and construct a system to serve this new building. This system had to be capable of handling both extreme hot and cold conditions in Central Western NSW. The project was very successful.a

ADP Mascot

This project involved both critical environment cooling and meeting room supplementary conditioning. Kaizen installed 2 x new CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units and a multi-head Mitsubishi VRF system with condensers being craned and installed on the building rooftop.

NSW Parliament House

This Plant Upgrade was completed by Kaizen with the installations of 2 x new centrifugal Carrier chillers, Powerpax chiller and new chilled water pumps. The equipment was craned through the multi-level car park gantry hatches.

Ramsay Health

This project involved the installation of a new Daikin VRV system consisting of multiple ducted indoor units and the condenser being located on the roof. Refrigeration pipe work was installed over multiple levels.

Trip Advisor

The Project at Trip Advisor involved the installation of 2x large VRV systems with outdoor units being to be craned onto roof top. Installation of 10x chilled water FCU’s throughout level 5 to help handle extra heat load throughout floor.
