OUR WORK

Channel Bio

Kaizen were engaged to install 15 new large Temperzone split ducted systems and relocate multiple existing systems throughout the building at 41-43 Bourke Rd, Alexandria for Channel Bio. This project was also a pharmaceutical project which made it much more difficult than your standard A/C installation. With these new systems came a complete new BMS system installation to help monitor, integrate and all systems across the three levels.

Torrens University – Surry Hills

Kaizen has currently been engaged to install 2x large 110kw Daikin VRV systems and multiple standalone systems across five floors at Torrens University in Surry Hills. This project has included a large crane lift in the middle of Surry Hills to lift condensers which needed to be completed on a Sunday.

CPSU – Surry Hills

This project involved an upgrade and modification of 75% of the buildings mechanical systems at 54 Foveaux Street Surry Hills. Kaizen installed 4x new Daikin split ducted units and relocated multiple indoor units across 5 floors to work with the new floor layouts. The project also involved new bathrooms on each of the 5 floors with new standalone exhaust systems on each floor.

Recording Studio – Byron Bay

Kaizen were engaged to design and construct the whole mechanical services installation in a recoding studio and office in Byron Bay. This project was a complex one as it involved a complicated mechanical design with a high acoustic rating throughout studio, podcast and production area. Even though this project was 9hrs away from our office in Sydney we were still able to complete the project on time and on budget.

Service Now – Sydney

This project involved the installation and relocation of 8x new water cooled package systems on level 14, 680 George Street Sydney. The base building system was also modified on this floor to comply with increased number and capacity across the floor. With multiple exposed areas throughout the floor our sheet metal ductwork, pipework and control cabling had to be precise.

233 Castlereagh Street, Sydney

The Project at 233 Castlereagh Street Sydney involved the upgrade of the main building mechanical systems. These three chillers on site had required refrigerant leak repairs, compressor overhauls, slide piston replacement and motor starting switching gear. The 8x cooling towers on site required new drift eliminators, fill media, fan screens and waterproofing. This was a critical project as the whole building was in operation during the works which took 2 months to complete.
