MLC Life

Kaizen Air has been awarded the mechanical upgrade works for MLC Life Nth Sydney. This project involves 6x supplementary systems with multiple exhaust systems throughout two floors. With high acoustic ratings throughout all offices and meeting rooms, Kaizen will need to modify and relocate the base building VAV’s to ensure acoustic ratings are met.

Matrix Parramatta

Kaizen Air has been awarded the mechanical installation works for the office fit out at Matrix Parramatta. Kaizen will need to complete an installation of 9x new Mitsubishi Electric S/D systems with averaging controls over the next 6 weeks.

Virgin Australia 

Kaizen Air has been awarded the mechanical installation works for the office fit out at Virgin Australia. This project involves installing 4x new water cooled package systems while retaining and modifying existing base building systems. New mechanical switchboard with power meter will also need to be installed and integrated as part of these works.
